BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First Declaration of the budgetary credit available for the execution of investment actions aimed at increasing their real residential capacity under a social rental regime or affordable price in 2024. Declare the amount of the budgetary credit available to meet the economic content obligations derived from the direct granting of subsidies to municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants for the execution of investment actions aimed at increasing their real residential capacity under a social rental regime or affordable price for the year 2024 by amount of 5,000,000 euros. Applications may be submitted within one month from the day following the publication of the order declaring the budgetary credits available in the "Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid" and will be accompanied by the documentation specified in article 15 of the Regulatory Standards. This aid will be financed under program 942O- "Territorial Rebalancing" - subconcept 76309 "Local Corporations" of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2024. Second. Effects of the order. This order will take effect on the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid."
