Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: • “Subsidies to non-profit associations that operate in the municipality of Llodio in the field of Equality between women and men” will be eligible for aid, associations that carry out activities in the field of equality. Those persons or entities in which any of the circumstances contemplated as a reason for exclusion in the Municipal Ordinance regulating Subsidies or in Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidy Law, may not obtain the status of beneficiary. In any case, non-profit entities must meet the following requirements: • Have their registered office in the Basque Country and carry out their activity totally or partially in the municipality of Llodio. • Be legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Associations and Entities of the Basque Country. • Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Llodio. • Have it stated in its statutes that it is a non-profit entity or association. • Subject its programs and budgets to the control of public powers. • Guarantee the existence of internal democracy both in the composition and functioning of its governing bodies. • Those organizations, entities or associations whose corporate purpose, included in their statutes, is not related to the object of the subsidy, may not apply. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting on a competitive basis of financial aid granted by the Llodio City Council through the Transversal Policies Area, to non-profit entities and associations. Said activities and/or interventions must be intended for the execution of programs and/or activities intended to contribute to real equality between women and men, which take place in the municipality of Llodio or are of interest to the municipality. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by Agreement of the Local Government Board of the Llodio City Council, dated August 2, 2024. Fourth. Amount. The total financial allocation is 10,100.00 euros and the budget application that covers the expense is as follows: 10,100.00 euros: 0203 2317 48100, Equality association subsidies. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Twenty business days, counted from the day following publication in the BOTHA.
