Extract from the General Secretariat of the Most Excellent Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated July 31, 2024, by which the Call for Subsidies to Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods and Religious Entities of the province of Ciudad Real for the rehabilitation, conservation and acquisition of unprotected cultural heritage was approved in the Ordinary session held by the Governing Board of this Provincial Council on July 30, 2024. 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database at the link indicated below. First.- Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities that meet the following requirements will be able to access the subsidies of this call: a) That are legally registered as Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods, Congregations, Religious Entities or Religious Associations. Under no circumstances will Cultural or other Associations that are not demonstrably Religious be accepted. b) That prove the ownership of the heritage property subject to rehabilitation or conservation. c) That they are not subject to any of the prohibitions to be beneficiaries of subsidies, established in article 13 of Law 38/2,003 of November 17, General of Subsidies. d) That its registered office is located in the province of Ciudad Real. e) Entities that have been previously fully or partially subsidized by the Ciudad Real Provincial Council, only for new projects. Second.- Object: The object of this call is to highlight the cultural heritage of the religious entities of Ciudad Real by granting subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the execution of rehabilitation, conservation and acquisition works of the cultural heritage of the Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods, Congregations, Entities and Religious Associations legally constituted in the province of Ciudad Real. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The regulatory bases are contained in the General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on November 29, 2006 (BOP no. 146). Fourth.- Award criteria: Those contained in the call itself. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: A single deadline for submitting applications is established from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province until September 10, 2024. Within the indicated period, and following the telematic procedure, applications may be submitted any day of the week and at any time of the day. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call, and the rest of the procedures that may apply, must be carried out only electronically.
