Official description of the call
EXTRACT CALL FOR SUBSIDIES IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE FOR THE YEAR 2024 First.- Purpose The purpose of this call for subsidies is to collaborate economically with cultural associations and non-profit entities, for the development of activities and programs of general interest related to culture, during the year 2024. The following are considered programs or activities of general interest, for the purposes of this call: Activities that promote participation among citizens. Activities that address cultural dissemination projects. Social participation activities in the cultural field. Activities that promote socialization. Cultural publications. Public dissemination projects that promote the dissemination and/or conservation of heritage, history, traditional culture and other unique features of local and regional culture. Carrying out cultural activities and events to promote and disseminate cultural singularities. Conferences, colloquiums and specific meetings on various topics of cultural interest. Second.- Beneficiaries Natural and legal persons who are in any of the following circumstances may apply for this call for subsidies: Entities and associations, public or private, domiciled in the municipality of Zuera that carry out activities of municipal interest and are duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. Those entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of General Law 38/2003 on Subsidies occur will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of this subsidy. Nor may natural and legal persons who meet any of the situations listed in article 3.3 of the General Ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zuera City Council and its dependent Public Law Entities be beneficiaries of the subsidy. Third.- Concession regime and amount: The procedure for granting the subsidies provided for in this order will be processed under a competitive competition regime, in the form of a call and a single selective procedure, and in accordance with the principles of publicity, objectivity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination. The amount of the subsidy is 25,000 euros Fourth.- Application and documentation: Each entity may only submit one application, which will include, in its case, the different activities for which a subsidy is requested. Fifth.- Place and deadline for submitting applications: The application, accompanied by the corresponding complementary documentation, must be submitted to the General Registry of the Zuera City Council, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or by any of the forms provided for in Law 39/2015 on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the business day of the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
