Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries: Associations of mothers and fathers of students from Torreperogil schools, with their own legal personality, legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Autonomous Registry and that carry out their activity in the municipality of Torreperogil, that have their headquarters or delegation in the municipality of Torreperogil and that are registered in the Register of Citizen Entities of the Torreperogil City Council in accordance with the Organic Regulation of Citizen Participation of the Torreperogil City Council. Second.-Object: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to associations of mothers and fathers of students (AMPAs) of educational centers in Torreperogil, on a competitive basis, aimed at promoting the comprehensive personal development of the students of said centers. The purpose is to subsidize activities of various nature (culture, sports, environment, healthy living or others) promoted by the AMPAs in the school context, which are carried out within the territorial scope of the municipality or outside it, but which in both cases have direct significance in the locality and/or its neighbors, and which satisfy the municipal interest. Third.-Regulatory Bases: Ordinance of the Common Regulatory Bases in the Granting of Subsidies of the Torreperogil City Council (B.O.P no. 88, of 05/11/2017) and Specific Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies for activities promoted by associations of mothers and fathers of students from Torreperogil educational centers, aimed at promoting the comprehensive personal development of the students (published in the digital board of the electronic headquarters of the Torreperogil City Council https://torreperogil.sedelectronica.es/). Fourth.-Amount: The granting of subsidies will be limited to the existence of budget availability in the year 2024, and will be financed from budget application 2024.3260.48000 for an amount of 6,000.00 euros. A maximum amount to be granted of €3,000.00 is established. Fifth.-Submission of applications, deadline and place: The maximum period for submission of applications will be 1 month from the month following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén. The submission of the subsidy application will be carried out only electronically, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Torreperogil City Council (https://torreperogil.sedelectronica.es), using the procedure enabled for this at the Headquarters. Applicant entities must submit their application in accordance with the established model (Annex I), available in the electronic procedure, accompanied by the documentation detailed in article 7 of the call, in order to prove that they meet the necessary requirements to be considered beneficiaries. Sixth.- Deadline for execution and justification of the subsidized activity: The deadline for execution of the activities or projects subject to subsidy will be from 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2024. The maximum period for the presentation of the supporting documentation for carrying out the activities will be two months from the end of the execution period, that is, until 02/28/2025.
