CALL FOR INTERNSHIP IN THE DG COOP.STATE AND EU 2025-2026

Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (htttp://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and on the institutional website of the Community of Madrid (www.madrid.org). First Purpose To call for five scholarships to carry out internships in the General Directorate of Cooperation with the State and the European Union for 2025 and 2026. Second Beneficiaries Individuals who meet the following requirements, provided for in Article 3 of the regulatory bases, may apply for and be beneficiaries of the scholarships on the date of the end of the application submission period: a) Apply for the scholarship within four years following the completion of the corresponding studies in accordance with letter e) of section 2.1 of the Order. This period will be 5 years for people with disabilities equal to or greater than 33%. b) Have a maximum of 30 years of age within the calendar year of the call. c) Have nationality of one of the Member States of the European Union or of one of those States with which the Union has ratified an International Treaty by which the free movement of workers is applicable. d) Be registered in the territorial area of ​​the Community of Madrid, at least one year before the end of the application submission period, in accordance with this call or have the last administrative neighborhood in said area in the case of residents abroad. e) Be in possession of or able to obtain a university degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent, in accordance with the catalog of qualifications included in Annex II of this call. f) Proficiency in the English language, which will be accredited in accordance with the provisions of article 9.8.f) of the regulatory bases, by means of a diploma accrediting level C1 and sections 4 and 9.2 (third criterion) of this order. g) Not carry out any paid work or receive aid or scholarships for the same purpose, granted by any public or private entity, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of the regulatory bases and section 17 of this call order. h) People who meet some of the circumstances indicated in section 2 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries of the scholarships. i) Not having been a beneficiary of these scholarships in previous editions unless you have renounced the scholarship prior to its effective start. j) Not having enjoyed other aid for the same purpose of the scholarship program from any administration or public or private entity, national, European Union or international organizations in the last three years. Applications that do not meet the requirements set forth in point 1 of the Order will be excluded from the selection process without entering into its evaluation. 2. Way to accredit the requirements. The requirements of the beneficiaries must be met by the end date of the deadline for the submission of applications stated in this order. Third Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases are included in the Order of May 21, 2024, of the Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Local Administration, which approves the regulatory bases that must govern the calls for granting scholarships from the Community of Madrid for the performance of internships in the General Directorate responsible for cooperation with the State and matters related to the European Union (BOCM of June 7, 2024). Fourth Amount The scholarships will be endowed with a maximum annual amount of 9,600 euros each and will be paid in 12 monthly installments of 800 euros in gross amount. The amount of the scholarships includes the costs of contributions to the Social Security System corresponding to the worker. The fees corresponding to the Administration of the Community of Madrid will be paid from the budget program of the General Directorate of Cooperation with the State and the European Union. The scholarships to be awarded in the development of this call will begin in the year 2025 and their duration will be a maximum of 2 years, without the possibility of extension.
