BDNS: 781558 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index, in the Catalog of Procedures and Services of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucia https://juntadeandalucia.es/servicios/procedimientos/detalle/25603.html, as well as on the website of the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions https://juntadeandalucia.es/organismos/aaic/areas/ayudas-sector.html and in this BOJA. FIRST.- The granting of subsidies for the development of audiovisual works projects in Andalusia, in the maximum total amount of 515,000.00 euros, is called within the scope of the Ministry of Culture and Sports (Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions) for the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, being attributed to the budgetary credits of item 1651010000. G/45E/48003/00 01. This amount will be distributed in two annuities, attributing 50% to each of them, 2024: €257,500.00 2025: €257,500.00 TOTAL ALLOWANCE: €515,000.00 SECOND.- Beneficiaries. Individuals or legal entities who are independent producers established in a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area may apply for the subsidies covered by this call. It must be an independent producer, in accordance with the provisions of article 4.n) of Law 55/2007, of December 28, on Cinema, and have a participation of at least 50% in the ownership of the rights and materials. They must demonstrate that they have produced, individually or jointly with their related companies, with a minimum ownership of the work of 10%, in the last six years or twelve years in the case of animation projects, at least two short films or one feature film that have been classified by age groups and obtained the corresponding certificate of Spanish nationality, or that they have participated in a television series or film as a producer in charge of production, which must be accredited in the terms included in each call. The tax domicile and work centers of the personnel, for which personnel expenses are allocated, are located in Spanish territory, and will have at least one headquarters in Andalusia. In the case of foreign companies, they must have at least one domiciled subsidiary under the same terms indicated above. Economic Interest Groups may also attend whose corporate purpose, according to the registration in the Commercial Registry, is to carry out audiovisual production activities and/or are registered in the Administrative Registry of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Companies of the State or of the corresponding Autonomous Community, provided that they meet the status of independent producer. THIRD.- Object. The development of audiovisual works projects in Andalusia in feature film and serial format, in real image and animation and in any genre, including the documentary genre with the aim of promoting development and entrepreneurial and innovative action in the audiovisual sector in Andalusia. Pornographic films or films that advocate violence (classified as X films) as well as advertising films will not be subject to these subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Law 55/2007, of December 28. FOURTH.- Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the Order of March 11, 2024, (Boja no. 56, of March 20), which establishes the regulatory bases for granting subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, for the development of audiovisual works projects in Andalusia, (being the subject of error correction dated June 20, 2024 (BOJA no. 119, of June 20), as well as the other regulations referred to in article 3 of the same. FOURTH.- Amount. The total budget allocation for this call amounts to €515,000.00 with the distribution by annuities as in the first section of this extract. The maximum amount of the subsidy per beneficiary person or entity will be €50,000.00, provided that this amount does not exceed 40% of the accepted budget of the grant. project. FIFTH.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days, starting.
