Official description of the call
BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries Natural persons who meet the following requirements may obtain the status of beneficiaries: a) Have Spanish nationality or be a national of a Member State of the European Union. Applicants who do not have Spanish nationality must prove that they have the C1 level of Spanish, through a diploma issued by the Cervantes Institute or by the Official Spanish Language Schools. b) Not be older than 35 years. c) Be in possession of the official university or vocational training degree (higher degree) specified below, issued or approved by the corresponding Spanish authorities, without more than five years having elapsed since the completion of the studies leading to obtaining said degree. Branch of knowledge or specialty Required qualification Law Degree in Law Business Administration and Management Degree in Business Administration and Management Public Management and Administration Degree in Management and Public Administration Degree in Political Sciences and Administration Economics Degree in Economics d) Not having been a beneficiary of any professional internship scholarship in the Generalitat for a period equal to or greater than 36 months. This period will be computed taking into consideration the entire duration of the scholarships enjoyed as of September 9, 2009, whether one or several, including extension periods. e) Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary, established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. 2. Compliance with these conditions will refer to the end date of the application submission period. Second. Purpose To call for scholarships to carry out professional internships in the General Directorate of Dependency and the Elderly. Third. Regulatory bases Order 1/2021, of January 14, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of scholarships for the performance of professional internships in the general directorates with powers in matters of social services, dependency and older people. (DOCV 9001, dated 01/20/2021). Room. Amount This scholarship will have an endowment of 1,170.76 gross euros per month, in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution of January 16, 2023, of the Department of Finance and Economic Model, which establishes the initial amount of receipt in the 2023 financial year of the scholarships subject to the scope of application of Decree 132/2009, of September 4, of the Consell, and taking into account that the remunerations received by the personnel serving the Administration do not experience any increase with respect to those in force as of December 31, 2023, in accordance with article 28.1 of Law 8/2023 on the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
