Official description of the call
First: beneficiaries. People who have been registered in the municipality of Ayala for at least an uninterrupted period of six months prior to the start date of the activity to be subsidized and who meet the requirements established in the bases. However, the person requesting aid, in the case of a minor, will be the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor who carries out the activity to be subsidized. Second: object. The purpose of this call is to help defray the expense derived from the registration of people registered in Ayala in music and dance activities that are not provided in the municipality of Ayala and that are offered by centers dependent on the municipalities of the CAPV. Activities carried out from September 2023 to June 2024 will be subsidized. Third: regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies have been approved by Mayoral Decree number 2024-492 dated August 28, 2024, and are published in the BOTHA. Likewise, the regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the regulatory ordinance for the granting of aid for attendance at musical and dance activities that are not offered by the Ayala City Council, approved by the Ayala City Council and published in BOTHA number 42 dated April 15, 2020. The bases and the standardized application model are available on the Ayala City Council website: www.aiarakoudala.eus. Fourth: amount. The financial envelope for this call is 1,000.00 euros. The amount subject to subsidy will be a maximum of 100 percent of the difference between the rates that the city council or dependent body applies to those registered in its municipality and the beneficiary. Fifth: deadline for submitting applications. Thirty calendar days from the publication of the rules in the BOTHA. Sixth: other data. The application and all the corresponding annexes and the indicated documentation must be submitted completed.
