Official description of the call
FIRST.- Beneficiaries. - School cafeteria: The families of minors registered in Plasencia and enrolled in Early Childhood and Primary Education in any school in the town of Plasencia will be recipients of the aid, both public and private but supported with public funds and who do not receive this aid from any other Public or Private Institution or Entity. The number of scholarships will be 50 scholarships and the duration will be subject to the existing budget item. SECOND.- Object. The object of this Call is to regulate the subsidy that the Plasencia City Council makes for the benefit of the children's population and family units of the municipality with difficulties and/or socioeconomic deficiencies to meet school cafeteria expenses for the period of October-December 2024, with the scholarships being able to be extended until 2025, depending on budget availability. THIRD:- Regulatory Bases. The Regulatory Bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres and on the website of the Plasencia City Council. FOURTH.- Amount. These aids will be paid from the following budget item: 0107-3261-227.9902 “School cafeteria service”, raising the call to 23,497.17 euros. Pending approval of the 2025 budget for the continuity of the dining room scholarships in 2025. FIFTH.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten calendar days from the day following the publication by the National Subsidies Database of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres and addressed to the Ilmo. Mr. Mayor of the Hon. Plasencia City Council. Interested parties may examine the full text of these Bases on the WEB page of the National Subsidy Database dependent on the General Intervention of the State, as well as in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres.
