Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Associations that meet each and every one of the following requirements will be eligible for the subsidies regulated in this call: a) Non-profit associations. b) Local associations with their own legal personality. c) Associations that carry out their activities in the municipal area. d) Associations that do not have to justify any subsidy granted by the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council. e) Associations that are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council prior to the publication of these bases. (Any sports federation is excluded) Those persons or entities that meet the circumstances listed in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, general on subsidies, cannot have the status of beneficiaries. Second. Purpose The aid granted in accordance with these bases will be intended for: 31. Collaboration in the current expenses derived from carrying out sports promotion activities or participation in federated sports championships by the subjects mentioned in article 2 of these regulations. 2. General operating expenses, conservation, maintenance or minor repairs of the entity, which are not investment in nature. 3. The entity that receives aid from the Malpica City Council will state in a visible and prominent place in the advertising of the activity the collaboration of the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council with the legend: "subsidized by the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council" accompanied by its coat of arms. The size of the shield and legend must be at least the same size as the rest of those that appear on the same graphic medium. 4. The advertising and graphic materials prepared for the activities that receive aid from the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council will use the Galician language. 5. Expenses on alcoholic beverages, fuel, food, trips or excursions will not be subsidized, in the latter case unless their exclusively sporting nature is sufficiently justified. Third. Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are included in the resolution approved on 09/11/2024 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña No. 180 dated 09/18/2024. Room. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are included in application 341.48000, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 20,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications must be submitted through the Telematic Registry (http://sede.malpicadebergantinos.es/gl/index.html) within a period of 20 calendar days that begin counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. They must be formulated in the standardized models that appear as an ANNEX to the bases. Sixth. Other data. The following documents must be attached to the application: 1st Explanatory report of the activities to be carried out or carried out during the 2024 season. 2nd Detailed budget of the entity, where all expenses and income will be reported, including membership fees. 3. Document that certifies the number of members of the entity at the time of submission of the application and the number of federative licenses and the categories in which the sports activities are carried out. 4. Document that certifies the conformity of the request and the appointment of the representative. 5. Certificate of ownership of the bank account in which payments will be made. 6th Declaration responsible for obtaining other subsidies, aid, income or resources that finance the subsidized activities. 7º Responsible declaration of not violating the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary indicated in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, as well as authorization to the municipality to verify that the Meeting is up to date with the municipal treasury. 8th Certificate in force that proves that you are up to date with your tax obligations with the Social Security, the Tax Agency and the Xunta de Galicia or authorization to the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council to verify that you are up to date.
