Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Sports entities that meet the following requirements: Any sports club, associated sports group for the practice of physical-sports activities or sports action section that develops sports activities and has its registered office in the city of Alcalá de Henares may be beneficiaries of the aid. Applicants must be registered in the registry of sports entities of the Community of Madrid, with the directive updated and correctly registered. Not be involved in any of the causes contemplated in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. Not have outstanding debts with the Hon. Alcalá de Henares City Council and the Municipal Sports City Autonomous Body. Not serving a firm sanction for a disciplinary or administrative infraction in sports matters. Be registered with the Tax Agency and have the corresponding NIF. Second. Purpose: Granting aid to sports clubs, sports groups and sports action sections of Alcalá de Henares for the development of their sports activity during the 2023/2024 sports season (from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024). These aids aim to promote the development of sporting activities, physical activity and sport, which fundamentally serve the formation and comprehensive development of personality and the increase in the general well-being of the population. For this reason, sports activities are considered activities of public utility. Third. Regulatory Bases: Agreement of the Local Government Board of September 27, 2024, published on the website of the Hon. Alcalá de Henares City Council http://www.ayto-alcaladehenares.es, in the Sports and Sports City area. Room. Amount: Maximum amount of the call: 82,000 euros The amount of this subsidy will be distributed pro rata among all beneficiaries of the aid, with no more than 25% of the total amount of the subsidy being awarded to a single sports association. The total amount of the aid granted may not exceed, in any case, 65% of the total cost of the subsidized activity or the total subsidized expenses. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: It will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the Regulatory Bases in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, both included. Requests must be addressed to the Organic Unit of the Department of Sports. They must be submitted with the application form in Annexes I, and will be accompanied by the rest of the documents listed in point 9.1 of the rules through the City Council's electronic headquarters, in the Sports area. https://sede.ayto-alcaladehenares.es/sta/CarpetaPublic/doEvent?APP_CODE=STA&PAGE_CODE=CATALOGO Sixth. Other information: These subsidies will be compatible with other aid or subsidies received from other public administrations for the same purpose or object. In no case will the amount of the subsidies obtained (both individually and jointly with other subsidies) exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. In this case, the subsidy awarded will be reduced to the total cost of the sporting activity. Eligible expenses are considered to be those assumed and carried out between August 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024, both inclusive, specified in section 11 of the Regulatory Bases. In the generic instance of the application, express reference will be made to the administrative file corresponding to this subsidy: Expte. TAO 23952/2024. The granting of subsidies will be carried out by evaluating the applications submitted according to the evaluation criteria, specified in section 12 of the Regulatory Bases and up to a maximum of 100 points.
