Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Educational Centers of the municipality, Sports Associations and Clubs, Youth Associations, individuals and legal entities and other groups that, without profit motive, act as participants or organizers in sports events of special interest of a competitive nature and physical-sports sports activities for all that have an impact on the municipality of Alcaudete may apply for aid. Second. Object. Contribute to sporting events of special interest of a competitive type and physical-sports sports activities for all, within the municipal area of Alcaudete by the year 2024. Third. Regulatory Bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law, in Title II, Chapter III. Special regulations, Base 36 to Base 42, of the Execution Bases of the General Budget 2024, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session on November 30, 2023, (final approval published in BOP No. 9 on January 12, 2024), and other legislation that is applicable on a basic or supplementary basis. Room. Amount of aid. The total amount of 45,000 euros will be allocated to the granting of subsidies from said call, charged to budget item 2024-341-48001, “Sports Activities Subsidies to Families and Non-Profit Institutions.” The projects will be subsidized based on the assessment awarded by the Local Sports Council. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén. Natural persons, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, may choose whether they relate to the Administration, in relation to this call, by electronic means or in person at the General Registry of Documents of the Excmo. Alcaudete City Council, and will be addressed to the Mayor-President. In the case of non-profit associations and institutions, the application will be completed by the person acting on behalf of or on behalf of the applicant legal entity, using an electronic certificate of a natural person in the name of the legal representative of the entity, or an electronic certificate of a legal entity in the name of the applicant entity. This procedure will be carried out through the Electronic Office of the Excmo. Alcaudete City Council. Sixth. Other data. The following documents must be attached to the application (ANNEX I of the Regulatory Bases): • Documents that prove the personality of the applicant. -N.I.F. of the applicant in the event that the subsidy is requested by a natural person. - The C.I.F. card and the N.I.F. of the legal representative, in the case of entities. • Project-Memory of the activities that are intended to be carried out (ANNEX II of the Regulatory Bases). • Responsible declaration model, together with the supporting documents and certificates (ANNEX III of the Regulatory Bases).
