XIX CALL FOR IMPEFE GRANT FOR THE PROMOTION OF SELF-EMPLOYED WORK IN CIUDAD REAL, 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Unemployed people who: 1. Have established themselves as self-employed workers, registering in the Special Regime for self-employed workers in the Flat Rate modality between the dates from May 4, 2023 to September 30, 2024, and who establish their TAX ADDRESS and CENTER OF WORK of the activity in the municipality of Ciudad Real. For the purposes of computing the start date of the applicant's activity, it will refer to the day that appears in the Resolution of Registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of the General Treasury of Social Security (RETA). For the purposes of determining the address of the activity, the one recorded in the AEAT Census Status Certificate will be taken as a reference. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to self-employed workers in the town of Ciudad Real, who have registered with the RETA in the Flat Rate modality with the purpose of subsidizing social security contributions for a period of 12 months, in order to support the creation of businesses and the promotion of employment, through a financial aid program aimed at favoring and promoting self-employment or self-employment, with the following subsidy line: I.-Refundable subsidy This subsidy will be governed in addition to the provisions of this resolution, by the current execution bases in each IMPEFE general budget; Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; Royal Decree 887/2006 of July 21, which approves its Regulations, and Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Third. Regulatory bases The Regulatory Text of the General Bases for the granting of subsidies from the Ciudad Real City Council and its autonomous bodies was approved on May 27, 2021, by the Plenary Session of the Corporation, with the final approval of the aforementioned bases having been published in the B.O.P. 120 of June 25, and the Call for Subsidies must be published through the National Subsidies Database. Room. Amount 1. Maximum amount to be subsidized as non-refundable €960. Fifth. Formalization of applications and deadline Applications will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the forms included in the electronic headquarters of the Ciudad Real City Council (https://www.ciudadreal.es/sede-eletronica.html), (according to the model attached to these Rules (Annex I), and must complete all the fields included in the application. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days and will begin from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Applications will be submitted according to the attached model (Annex I of the call), and all fields must be completed, including the self-score to be filled out by the interested party, and it is MANDATORY TO INCLUDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS that facilitates communication with IMPEFE.
