Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries and requirements: The following may apply for this aid: Mothers or fathers who have, foster or adopt a child and meet the following requirements: 1.- The applicant mothers/fathers must be registered with the City Council of Meaño at the time of the application, and at least one of them at least one year before the date of birth, guardianship or adoption. 2.- The children born, supervised or adopted, who are the cause of this aid, must be registered in the municipal registry of inhabitants of the City Council of Meaño or have been discharged and live with the applicant on the date of the application. 3.- The mother and father must commit to remain registered with the town hall, both they and their children, for a period of 2 years from the day following birth, guardianship or adoption. Registration will imply effective residence, so both the beneficiaries and their children must usually live in any of the parishes of the Meaño City Council. This circumstance will be verified at any time by the city council. Second.- Purpose: The purpose of these bases is to regulate the public call for the processing and granting of financial aid for the birth, guardianship or adoption of a child; with the purpose of promoting birth in the Meaño City Council. Third.- Regulatory Bases: Regulatory Bases and call for the granting of municipal aid in competitive competition aimed at supporting births in the City Council of Meaño 2024 (Published in BOPPO No. 194 dated October 4, 2024). Fourth.- Amount: The maximum credit allocated to the financing of this aid amounts to: - €5,000.00, charged to item 231.48002 of the 2024 Municipal Budget. a) For the birth of the first daughter/children €150 b) For the birth of the second daughter/children €200 c) For the birth of the third and subsequent daughters/children €250 Fifth.- Application submission period: The application submission period will begin from the day following the official publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra and ends on November 4, 2024.
