Call for aid for insurance and improvements in rental housing as a habitual residence within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Gandia City Council to facilitate access to housing, the object of the bases being the regulation of the Legal Regime, application, processing and granting of aid consisting of the financing by the Gandia City Council of a) insurance for non-payment of rental income b) insurance for damage caused to the continent and/or contents of the home and c) expenses for improvements to the home to prepare it for rent.
