SOCIAL SERVICES.- Call for subsidies for programs and activities of associations that promote equal opportunities as well as respect for sexual diversity in the municipalities of the province of Ciudad Real. Year 2024. I.- OBJECT: This Call includes in itself two lines of subsidies intended for the Associations that are detailed below: Line I.- Pursues the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis to associations that work for equal opportunities between women and men for the financing of activities and programs related to actions and measures necessary to make effective the principle of equality between genders, as well as to encourage and promote their participation in all areas and especially (concretely and specifically) those related to employment training. Line II.- Intends to grant subsidies on a competitive basis to non-profit LGTBI+ associations (people from the lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual and intersexual community), established and registered in the official registries and that can accredit awareness-raising, information, training and advice actions to society in general, and specifically to LGTBI+ people in the province of Ciudad Real. II.- BENEFICIARY ASSOCIATIONS: Line I: Non-profit women's associations, or those others that expressly include in their statutes the defense of women's rights and equal opportunities, and that have their headquarters and carry out their actions in the province of Ciudad Real, may access the subsidies of this call. The requested activities must be carried out in the locality where the requesting Association is located. Line II: Non-profit associations that, according to their statutes, have the purpose of making effective and real the guarantee of the rights of the LGTBI+ group that have their headquarters and carry out their actions in the province of Ciudad Real, will also be able to access the subsidies of this call. Excluded from this call are Foundations, Federations, Confederations of Associations that work with women or the LGTBI+ collective, Neighborhood Associations and A.M.P.A.S, as well as those entities that maintain some source of financing for the current budget year from the Provincial Council through Social Services. III.- REGULATORY BASES: In matters not provided for in these regulations, the modified General Ordinance regulating the bases for the granting of subsidies will apply, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Corporation, in a session dated April 29, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Province number 121 of June 24, 2022, Local Regime Legislation and Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of Subsidies and Development Regulations, the provisions established in Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and Law 40/2015 of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, are also applicable. Likewise, the provisions of the Ordinance Regulating the Electronic Management of Administrative Procedures in the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real and the provision of electronic services to the City Councils of the province (BOP of June 29, 2015) apply. IV.- ASSESSMENT CRITERIA: Those contained in the same Call. V.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The deadline for submission of subsidy applications will be FIFTEEN CALENDAR DAYS counting from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
