Aid to finance expenses for young people for purchasing their first home

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Individuals between 18 and 35 years of age (both included) who acquire their first home in Pinseque may be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Call. To be eligible for the aid regulated in this Call, young people from Pinseque must meet the following requirements: a) Be registered in the municipality of Pinseque on the date of the application for municipal aid, and maintain said registration for at least five years. b) Be between 18 and 35 years old (both included), at the time of submitting the application. c) Be the purchaser of a first home and that it is located in the municipality of Pinseque, destined for habitual and permanent residence. d) Not be the owner of full ownership or a real right of use or enjoyment over another home. e) Having taken out a mortgage loan to finance the purchase of the home. To obtain the aid, it will be necessary for the age and registration requirements to be met by at least one of the owners of the home. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to finance those expenses that are paid to the authorizing notary, as well as those that are paid in the Property Registry, after accreditation of their effective payment and without taxes of any type paid for said concept being considered as expenses. It will be a condition for the expenses to be eligible for subsidies: a) That the purchase is of a built home that has a first occupancy license (or equivalent, if applicable), granted by the City Council. b) That the purchase of the home or the declaration of new construction is formalized in a Public Document and registered in the Property Registry. c) That it was necessary to take out a mortgage loan to finance the home. d) That the corresponding Taxes have been settled. e) That the time elapsed between the signing of the public Deed registered in the Property Registry and the presentation of the corresponding subsidy application does not exceed a period of one year. In any case, those homes that are located outside urban land will be excluded from the scope of application of this Call. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Ordinance regulating Aid for the financing of expenses for young people for the acquisition of their first home, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session dated September 29, 2020, and published definitively in BOPZ No. 277, dated December 1, 2020. Fourth. Amount of aid. The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of 80% of the amount of eligible expenses, without exceeding the maximum total amount of 500 euros, which corresponds to the maximum subsidy per home. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to this call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or electronically through the electronic registry of the electronic headquarters of the Pinseque City Council [http://pinseque.sedelectronica.es], prior to December 31 of 2025.
