Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Beneficiary Entities The beneficiaries of the subsidies subject to these calls will be the student family associations, student associations, their federations and confederations that have submitted an application within the deadline and manner of submission of applications. Second. Object The object of this resolution is the establishment of the regulatory bases that will govern the procedure for managing and granting subsidies for the financing of operating expenses and the promotion of participation, association, training and inclusion activities of student family associations, student associations, and their respective federations and confederations, in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community, as well as the call for subsidies. The purpose of these subsidies is to contribute to the functioning of the federations of student family associations and their confederations and student associations, as well as to promote participation, inclusion and the development of the training activities programmed in their projects. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment by which the regulatory bases of subsidies are established for the granting of subsidies aimed at student family associations, student associations, their federations and confederations https://ceice.gva.es/es/web/madres-padres-alumnos/subvenciones Fourth. Amount The maximum global amount of this call is the following: 1) Subsidies directed to student family associations, federations and confederations: 600,000.00 euros, which will be financed from the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024, chapter IV, subsidy line S0118, subprogram 421E00, provided for in Law 8/2023, of 27 December, of the Budget of the Generalitat for the year 2024. 2) Subsidies directed to student associations, federations and confederations: 40,000.00 euros, which will be financed from the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024, chapter IV, subsidy line S0301, subprogram 421E00, provided for in Law 8/2023, of December 27, Budget of the Generalitat for the financial year 2024. 3) Subsidies directed to adult training student associations and their federations: 15,000.00 euros, which will be financed from the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024, chapter IV, subsidy line S0499, subprogram 421E00, provided for in the Law 8/2023, of December 27, on Budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. The presentation of the applications and the attached documentation will be carried out electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat, https://sede.gva.es, whose link will also be published on the website of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment https://ceice.gva.es/es/web/madres-padres-alumnos/subvenciones. Sixth. Documentation The following digitalized documents must be attached to the application: a) Certificate from the applicant entity and, where applicable, from the associated entities that proves its registration in the Registry of Associations of the Valencian Community. b) Project of activities for which the subsidy is requested and budget for its financing, in accordance with the models that will be made available in the corresponding calls. c) Responsible declaration of not meeting the circumstances indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in the requesting entity and, where applicable, in the associated entities. d) Certification issued by the competent body of the entity that accredits the representation of the person signing the application will be presented, if it is not included in the corresponding census. e) In the case of carrying out activities by
