First.– Beneficiaries. Legal entities that have the status of taxpayer of corporate tax, or the equivalent tax in other member states of the European Union, and that comply with the provisions of articles 5 and 6 of the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.– Object. Call for the subsidy line provided for in the regulatory bases, with the purpose of promoting the modernization of the agri-food industry and the fair transition, included in the Spanish Just Transition Fund Program 2021-2027, for large companies. Third.– Regulatory bases. Order AGR/950/2024, of September 23, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies aimed at companies to promote the modernization of the agri-food and fair transition industry, included in the Just Transition Fund Program of Spain 2021-2027. Correction of errors published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León on October 23, 2024. Fourth. – Amount. The maximum quantitative limit for the granting of new incentives assigned to this call will be 8,992,896.50 euros. Fifth.– Deadline for submitting aid applications. The deadline for submitting aid applications will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and will end at 2:00:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025.
