In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the order modifying the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the website www.comunidad.madrid. Unique item. Modification of Order 2124/2024, of November 14, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the digitalization of the training process of athletes who are part of the technical training programs developed by sports federations and detection of sports talent in Specialized Sports Technical Centers and Specialized High Performance Centers classified by the Higher Sports Council in the territory of the Community of Madrid, and its call is being made for the year 2024, financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan Number 2 of the first section of the single additional provision of Order 2124/2024, of November 14, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the digitalization of the training process of athletes which are part of the technicalization programs developed by sports federations and detection of sports talent in Specialized Sports Technique Centers and Specialized High Performance Centers classified by the Higher Sports Council in the territory of the Community of Madrid, and are being called for the year 2024, financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, is worded with the following literal wording: «To For the financial year 2025, the budgetary credit to finance this aid is €705,000 (seven hundred and five thousand euros) charged to expenditure project 2024/000789 of fund 2024/00053 Promotion of the Sports sector C26.I01, Digitalization Plan for the Sports sector. This call is framed within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (hereinafter, PRTR), financed by the European Union, Next Generation EU "under budget program 336A and subconcept 78099." First final provision. Resources. An optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed against this order before the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sports, within a period of one month, in accordance with the provisions of articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or, directly, a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid, within a period of two months from the day following its publication. in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, in accordance with the provisions of articles 10.1 and 46.1 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, Regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. Second final provision. Entry into force. The order will take effect from the day following the publication of the extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
