Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio First: Purpose These subsidies are intended to grant subsidies for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan within Component 26 Promotion of the Sports Sector - C26 I01. P02 Digitization. Prescription of physical activity and exercise, to carry out the necessary actions to meet the objectives of the PRTR. These subsidies will go to local entities for the execution of the health-oriented physical exercise and activity prescription program called “En moviment.” Second: Beneficiary entities Municipalities, associations of municipalities and smaller local entities of the Valencian Community may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, as well as public sector organizations and entities attached to the previous ones, which adhere to the agreement to carry out a health-oriented physical activity and exercise prescription program called “En moviment”, and develop the necessary actions for the implementation and execution, in their territorial scope, of the “En moviment” program, with the creation, at least, a Physical Activity and Exercise Unit (UAEF), and that may have the status of beneficiary entity for not attending in any of the circumstances that prevent it and that are detailed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of subsidies. Local entities will have to adhere to the Agreement between the Generalitat, through the Departments of Universal Health and Public Health, and of Education, Culture and Sports, and the Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces to carry out a health-oriented physical activity and exercise prescription program from Primary Care of the Valencian Health System in the municipalities of the Valencian Community called "En moviment", through a plenary agreement of the competent municipal body. Third: Regulatory bases Resolution of June 27, 2023, of the Minister of Education, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases and calls for subsidies for local entities for the execution of the health-oriented activity and physical exercise prescription program called "In motion", for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, within Component 26 in the territory of the Valencian Community financed by the European Union - Next Generation EU, and the modification of the Strategic Subsidy Plan of this Department is approved. Fourth: Amount The maximum global amount to be granted in this call amounts to 972,000 euros, which will be financed as follows: a) 100,000 euros or the final amount resulting not executed from the credits from PRTR, from the budget application G01189900 451M00, from chapter IV, Fund MR22000055, line S1286, of the Budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. b) 872,000 euros charged to own funds from the budget application G01050208 457A00 of chapter IV, line S0055 of the draft Budgets of the Generalitat for 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for this call will end on December 31, 2024.
