Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) FIRST: BENEFICIARIES According to art. 1, Natural Persons who meet the following requirements are considered Beneficiaries: a) Born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2018. b) Participant in the Municipal School Sports Programs organized by the PMD, who meets the following requirements: Champion in one or more sports modalities within the competitions organized within the Municipal School Sports programs belonging to a School, Institute of Secondary Education, Entity or Sports club and Municipal Sports School. To obtain the status of beneficiaries, it is mandatory that the applicants (father/mother/guardian) are up to date with their tax obligations with the Fuenlabrada City Council. SECOND. Object. It is established in art. 1, this is the procedure for granting prizes (€30.00) in favor of school-age athletes born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2018 who are champions in the Municipal School Sports programs organized by the Fuenlabrada Sports Board. The following categories and sports modalities are established: CATEGORIES: Prebenjamín: born between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2018 Benjamín: born between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016 Alevín: born between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2014 Infant: born between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2012 Cadet: born between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010 Youth: born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008 SPORTS MODALITIES: o Chess o Athletics o Rhythmic Gymnastics o Karate o Swimming o Table Tennis THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council was initially published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. AMOUNT: the approved credit amounts to 3,390.00 euros, charged to budget application 2025-4069/341/48000. FIFTH. Application submission deadline. Its start is established from the business day following the publication of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, ending and will end on June 22, 2025. Said application and documents may be presented in the Registry of the Municipal Sports Board of Fuenlabrada, General Registry of Entries of Fuenlabrada City Council or in any of its Auxiliary Registries and in the registries and offices related to article 16.4 of the Law. 39/2015 of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. SIXTH: PAYMENT. The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account number stated in the documentation provided by the applicant, after approval of the concession.
