Official description of the call

First.- Object. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies to cultural associations of Villanueva de los Infantes that actively participate in the different tourist, historical and cultural events of the municipality. Second.- Requirements of the beneficiary subjects. The following may be beneficiaries of this call for subsidies: - Associations and non-profit entities duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations and who request it in accordance with the content of this call by electronic registration. Entities in which any of the circumstances contemplated in art. 13.2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Those entities that are not up to date with their tax obligations with the Villanueva de los Infantes City Council, as well as their tax obligations and with Social Security, may not be beneficiaries. Those entities that, having previously received aid, have not proceeded to justify it, in accordance with the regulations of the corresponding call, may not be beneficiaries. Those entities that have been granted a subsidy in the first call for this aid may not be beneficiaries. Third.- Budget credit. The subsidies in this call will be financed from budget application 334 481 "Cultural promotion. Subsidies." of the current Municipal Budget, with a total budget for this call of €15,443.63. Fourth.- Requests. The applications and the rest of the documentation required in these Bases will be available to interested parties at the General Offices of the Villanueva de los Infantes City Council, on the municipal website (https://infantes.org) and in the National Subsidies Database. The request will be formalized by means of a request addressed to the Mayor-President of the Villanueva de los Infantes City Council, in accordance with Annex I of these Bases and will be presented in the Electronic Registry of the Villanueva de los Infantes City Council, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting the applications referred to in this call will be 5 business days counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day.
