First. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call for a subsidy in kind, through the simplified competition procedure, for access to supervised apartments for victims of gender violence, with the purpose that the woman victim of gender violence, and the minors in her care, can rebuild their lives independently and away from the circle of violence, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4/2018, of October 8, for a Society Free of Gender Violence in Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases Order of June 13, 2014, of the Ministry of the Presidency and Public Administrations, which establishes the regulatory bases for access to supervised apartments for women victims of gender violence, through the modality of subsidy in kind (DOCM of July 9, 2014) Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies The maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies is 25,000.00 euros, in accordance with the following distribution by annuity: 10,500.00 euros for the 2025 budget year and 14,500.00 euros for the 2026 budget year, which will be charged to the budget item 70.01.323B.48090 (line 1118, element PEP OOAA/0000001876) of the General Budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. The granting of the aid provided for in this call is subject to the condition precedent of the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the financial year 2025 and 2026. Fifth. Deadline and method of submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from January 1 to December 31, 2025 or the exhaustion of the credit if earlier.
