Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index, and on the website of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council http://www.vitoria-gasteiz.org. First. Beneficiaries Companies or entities, whatever their legal form, that meet the following requirements: - Directly develop eligible activities in a work center, and economic activity, located in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz. - Be up to date with your tax and labor obligations, as well as with the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council. - Not be penalized or administratively sanctioned with the loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies or public aid, nor be subject to any legal prohibition that disqualifies them from doing so, including those that have occurred due to incurring discrimination on the basis of sex or multiple discrimination contemplated in article 3.1 of Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women; or by imposition of an accessory sanction provided for in articles 46.1.b) and 46 bis 1.b) of the Consolidated Text of the Law on Infringements and Sanctions in the Social Order, proven by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000 of August 4, by means of a final resolution. -Not having obtained other subsidies for hiring the same person in previous calls for the municipal program of Economic Aid for hiring jobs in companies in Vitoria-Gasteiz. -Maintain compliance with these conditions until resolution. -In the case of communities of property or civil societies, each and every one of the private individuals or legal entities that participate in them will be considered beneficiaries, and all of them must comply with the requirements and conditions established in these bases. In any case, a representative of the group must be appointed, with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. If the group is dissolved before the limitation period provided for in articles 39 and 65 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, has elapsed, the subsidy granted must be returned. The people to be hired must meet, in addition to the requirements demanded by current legislation: - Be registered in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz the day before hiring. - Be unemployed, that is, not be registered in any Social Security scheme and registered and registered as job seekers in LANBIDE-BASQUE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE the day immediately prior to hiring, in both cases. Second. Objective To promote the hiring of unemployed people in the municipality by promoting the hiring of those people with special difficulties in accessing the labor market. Third. Eligible actions Type 1. Indefinite contracts. -The contracts will be indefinite and may be full-time or part-time with a minimum of 50% of the day, throughout the grant period. -Contracts that take place from April 3, 2024 and at most until April 30, 2025 (inclusive) will be eligible. -Hirings must involve net creation of employment over the total average workforce existing in the company in the 6 months immediately prior to the incorporation of the people whose contract is subsidized. At the date of contracting, the new contract must represent an increase over said average. For the purposes of compliance with this requirement, contracts that have been terminated due to appropriate disciplinary dismissals, resignation, death, disability, retirement due to age, voluntary reduction of working time, permanent total or absolute disability or severe disability of the workers will not be taken into consideration. -The company is obliged to maintain, for at least 12 months, the indefinite contract that is the subject of the subsidy. -No more than one subsidy will be granted for the hiring of the same person, even if the request is made by different companies or individuals.
