2025 subsidy to companies and non-profit entities for Reskilling/Upskilling actions in strategic sectors (LINE 1), s/Resolution of December 13, 2024 that calls for them

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the above-referenced resolution is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Third call, for the year 2025, for subsidies provided for in line 1, intended for the development of actions for the qualification and requalification training (reskilling/upskilling) of the active population in strategic sectors, to be executed by companies, business groups and non-profit entities, within the framework of Component 20 "Strategic Plan to Promote Vocational Training", Investment 1, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience. Second. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases by which the aforementioned subsidies are governed are those contained in Decree 155/2022, of December 21, which establishes the regulatory bases of the subsidies for the development of reskilling and upskilling actions for the qualification training and requalification of the active population, linked to professional qualifications in strategic sectors, care of people and areas at risk of depopulation, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call is approved for the year 2023, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (DOE no. 19, of January 27, 2023), modified by Decree 40/2023, of April 26 (DOE no. 83, of May 3, 2023). Third. Training projects. In accordance with the provisions of article 2 of Decree 155/2022, of December 21, Line I includes the following reskilling and upskilling action projects for the qualification and requalification training of the active population in strategic sectors: a) Company projects for the training of their workers linked through an employment relationship, and that allow the updating of their professional skills or the acquisition of new ones in the sectoral and business framework in question. These projects may include the organization of prior accreditation procedures for the professional skills acquired through work experience, in the terms provided for in Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, by which the organization of the Vocational Training System is developed. b) Projects of business groups, consortia of companies, organizations and sectoral entities that represent or group companies, aimed at training workers from a group of companies belonging to or linked to the beneficiary, and that allow the updating of their professional skills or the acquisition of new ones in the sectoral and business framework in question. These projects may include the organization of prior accreditation procedures for the professional skills acquired through work experience, in the terms provided for in Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, by which the organization of the Vocational Training System is developed. c) Projects of non-profit entities that present training projects, and where appropriate, support for the accreditation of the professional skills acquired through work experience, for the active population searching for employment, as well as for vulnerable groups. Room. Beneficiary entities. The following beneficiary entities may benefit from the subsidies, for the execution of the projects foreseen above: 1. For the projects foreseen in letter a), companies, on an individual basis and that present training projects and, where appropriate, organization of prior procedures for accreditation of the professional skills acquired through work experience. Companies may be owned by natural or legal persons. 2. For the projects provided for in letter b), groupings of companies, consortia of companies, organizations and sectoral entities, of any size, that present training projects, and, where appropriate, the organization of prior procedures for accreditation of the professional skills acquired through work experience, for a joint number of no less than 20 workers from the different companies.
