Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries of this aid will be the natural persons residing in the municipality of Xirivella who have suffered damage to their habitual residence, furniture, belongings, appliances, vehicles necessary for work or the loss of the source of income caused as a result of the damage caused by the floods of October 29, 2024. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the call is to regulate the requirements and procedure for the direct granting of urgent aid aimed at natural persons residing in the municipality of Xirivella and who have suffered damage to their habitual residence, furniture, fixtures, appliances, vehicles necessary for work and the loss of source of income caused by the floods that occurred on October 29, in compliance with the obligation acquired by the Xirivella City Council by virtue of Mayor's resolution number 3624/2024 dated November 20, 2024 by which the modal donation offered by the Amancio Ortega Gaona Foundation is accepted. Third. Regulatory bases: Call for the granting of aid to individuals residing in Xirivella affected by the rains and floods of October 29, 2024 “Fundación Amancio Ortega Gaona” (File 2031543N). Room. Amount: Line 1: Destruction or damage to furniture, fixtures and appliances in homes, as well as minor damage to homes: Aid of 1,000 euros will be granted. Line 2: Damage to vehicles necessary for work. For this purpose, the following modules are established: Module 2.1: Total accident of vehicle necessary for work: 2.1.1.- Up to 3,000 euros will be granted per beneficiary resident in the municipality of Xirivella who has suffered as a result of the DANA the loss of the insured damaged vehicle of which he was the owner, as long as it was intended for his daily work and was older than two years, depending on the age of the vehicle: - More than 2 years, up to 5: 1,500.00 euros - More than 5 years, up to 10: 2,000.00 euros - More than 10 years: 3,000.00 euros 2.1.2.- 1,000 euros will be granted per beneficiary resident in the municipality of Xirivella who has suffered as a result of the DANA the loss of the insured damaged vehicle of which he was the owner, as long as it was intended for his daily work and was of old age. over two years: Motorcycle. Line 3: Damages as a result of the loss of the source of income. Module 3.1: Natural persons residing in the municipality of Xirivella who are registered in the self-employed regime or similar situation at the time of the damage caused by the DANA: The amount of the aid will be 1,500 euros per beneficiary resident in the municipality of Xirivella, who has suffered as a consequence of the DANA the consequent loss of the source of income, provided that the origin of such income comes from any municipality affected by the DANA. Module 3.2.: Natural persons residing in the municipality of Xirivella who were employed workers in one of the municipalities affected by the DANA and who have been affected by an ERTE as a consequence: 700 euros will be granted per beneficiary resident in the municipality of Xirivella who has suffered as a consequence of the DANA the consequent loss of the source of income, in the sense that they were employed workers in one of the municipalities affected by the DANA and who have been affected by an ERTE (temporary employment regulation file) for a minimum period of two months, as a consequence. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be THREE MONTHS from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, according to the procedure provided for in art. 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
