Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries. The owners, or persons duly authorized by them, of single-family or collective housing buildings located in the Urban Land of Figueruelas and for which a minimum age of 20 years is proven, and who meet the following conditions: being of legal age, residing in the municipality of Figueruelas or being owners of the properties for which the aid is requested, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second. - Object and purpose. Encourage and promote the implementation of residential buildings in the municipality, fundamentally those in the urban area that are older and works to consolidate or improve structural safety, conservation, maintenance, improvement of aesthetics and decoration, improvement in their energy efficiency that entails energy savings, improvement of accessibility conditions, etc. Third. - Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for this subsidy can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the electronic headquarters and website of the Figueruelas City Council (www.figueruelas.es). Room. - Amount. The budgetary credit allocated to this call amounts to €50,000, in accordance with the allocation established in the municipal budget for the year 2025. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza. The subsidy applications, as well as the rest of the documentation to be completed by the applicant, are available to interested parties as Annexes to these bases, and will be presented in the General Registry of the Figueruelas City Council by any of the forms provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
