Beneficiaries: 1.,,Line 1: Non-profit entities and individuals for the enhancement of Asturian material cultural heritage. 1.1., Under line 1, any natural person may apply for these subsidies, as well as any cultural association, private cultural foundation or non-profit entity that has its registered office or private domicile, in the case of natural persons, in the Principality of Asturias and that mainly carries out its activity in this Autonomous Community. 1.2., When it is an association it must be registered in the Registry of Associations under the protection of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association. 1.3.,If it is a private cultural Foundation, it must be registered in the Registry of Teaching and Cultural Foundations of General Interest of the Principality of Asturias, in accordance with Decree 34/1998, of June 18, regulating the same and in relation to Law 50/2002, of December 26, on Foundations. 2.,,Line 2: Companies for the enhancement of Asturian material cultural heritage. Under line 2, companies that have their registered office in Asturias and that carry out their activity mainly within the Principality of Asturias may apply for these subsidies. 3.,,Line 3: Non-profit entities and individuals for the enhancement of intangible cultural heritage and archives of Asturian oral tradition. 3.1., Under line 3, any natural person may apply for these subsidies, as well as any cultural association, private cultural foundation or non-profit entity that has its registered office or private domicile, in the case of natural persons, in the Principality of Asturias and that mainly carries out its activity in this Autonomous Community. 3.2., When it is an association it must be registered in the Registry of Associations under the protection of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association. 3.3.,If it is a private cultural Foundation, it must be registered in the Registry of Teaching and Cultural Foundations of General Interest of the Principality of Asturias, in accordance with Decree 34/1998, of June 18, regulating the same and in relation to Law 50/2002, of December 26, on Foundations. 4.,,Line 4: Companies for the enhancement of intangible cultural heritage and archives of Asturian oral tradition. Under line 4, companies that have their registered office in Asturias and that carry out their activity mainly within the Principality of Asturias may apply for these subsidies. 5., Entities in which any of the following circumstances occur will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries: a), Local entities, their autonomous bodies, public business entities, foundations and public companies majority owned by local entities of the Principality of Asturias or which have a registered entry in the General Budgets of the Principality of Asturias are expressly excluded. b), Those in which any of the circumstances expressed in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, regarding those who will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary occur. with this activity, its foundations being the following: ",, Enhancement of the Asturian cultural heritage, material and intangible, ", Strengthening the activity of associations, foundations and non-profit entities whose purpose is the defense and promotion of the Asturian cultural heritage. 2. The aforementioned aid, despite having the same purpose, is divided into four lines of aid in response to the different nature of its beneficiaries. On the one hand, lines 1 and 3 are directed to non-profit entities such as cultural associations and foundations as well as individuals.
