First. Call. Subsidies for the subscription of agricultural insurance policies are called for the financial year 2025, within the framework of the forty-fifth Combined Agricultural Insurance Plans (Plan 2024) and forty-sixth (Plan 2025), for the insurance modalities included in Annex I of the Call Order, contracted from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, both inclusive. Charged to the following budget credit for the years 2025 and 2026: Budget Items Annuity Amount 1400010000G/71B/47203/00 01 2025 8,934,347.76 euros 1400010000G/71B/47203/00 01 2026 1,000,000.00 euros Multi-year commitments are acquired in accordance with the provisions of article 40 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Andalusian Government, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2. Second. Beneficiaries. Persons or entities that benefit from these subsidies may be those that meet the requirements and conditions required by Article 3 of the Order of October 26, 2023 and that have not waived it by express declaration in the contracted policy. Third. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of October 26, 2023, which establishes the regulatory bases for non-competitive subsidies from the Junta de Andalucía for the subscription of agricultural insurance under the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan, applied through a discount at the time of contracting. Room. Amount. 1. The amounts of the subsidies for the policies contracted during the 2025 financial year will be calculated based on article 4 of the Order of October 26, 2023. Likewise, Annex I of the Call Order establishes the percentages to be applied to the Net Base Commercial Premium, for the calculation of the base subsidy, according to the insurance line and module. 2. The maximum subsidy limit per policy by the Ministry responsible for agriculture, considering the base subsidy plus additional subsidies, if applicable, will be 5,000 euros, except in the case of the biennial contracting modalities of insurance for olive groves, which will be 10,000 euros. 3. The subsidy corresponding to the complementary insurance policies, in those insurance lines in which they are established, will be determined following the same criteria used for the allocation of the main insurance subsidies if it had been subscribed in its P module, increasing the base subsidy by 6 percentage points. This increase will not apply when a main insurance contracted in module P is complemented. In any case, the supplementary insurance subsidy will be at most that corresponding to the main insurance. 4. In the case of additional subsidies, the provisions of the fourth Resolution, section 7 of the call order will apply. 5. For reasons of efficiency and economy, so that the cost of management does not exceed the volume of the aid, you will not be entitled to the subsidy if it is less than 30 euros per policy. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The formalization of the corresponding insurance policy in the year 2025, of the corresponding Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan will be considered a subsidy application, provided that it corresponds to any of the lines and modalities of insurance indicated in Annex I of the Call Order.
