Official description of the call
Extract from Mayor's Resolution No. 2025-0181 dated 02/20/2025, which calls for Subsidies for Neighborhood Festivals, fiscal year 2025, through the competitive bidding procedure. First. Requirements and obligations of the Applicants. Representatives of the Patron Associations and Brotherhoods, who organize the Verbena or Festival of the Patron or Patroness Mayor within the municipality of Alcaudete, who have not been granted subsidies for the same purpose and who comply with the following requirements and obligations, may request contributions or subsidies: REQUIREMENTS: the following circumstances must be accredited through a Responsible Declaration (Annex II): a) That the requesting entity does not fall into any of the circumstances that prevent it from obtaining the status of beneficiary of subsidies. public, established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. b) That the requesting entity is up to date with compliance with its tax obligation with the Tax Agency, Social Security, the Junta de Andalucía and the Local Treasury (in the latter case it will be verified ex officio). The rest must be justified by providing supporting documents and certificates, along with the application. When the beneficiary entity is indebted to the Local Treasury due to an overdue, liquid and enforceable debt, the Mayor may agree to compensation, upon request. c) That the applicant entity does not have any subsidy from previous years from this Honour. City Hall pending justification. d) That the requesting entity has not obtained other aid for the same purpose. Second. Budget application and amount. The budget credits to which the subsidies are allocated are those corresponding to Budget Item 2025-338-48000 called “Neighborhood Festival Subsidies to families and non-profit institutions” with a maximum total amount of 8,000 euros for this Call. Third. Deadline for Submission of Applications, Subsidization and Documentation to be submitted. Applications will be formulated in the models that appear as annexes to this call and that will be available on the website of the Excmo. Alcaudete City Council (www.alcaudete.es). The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén. The execution of the activities, programs and projects to be subsidized under this call will extend from May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Fourth. Other information of interest. For the granting of the subsidy, the following will be taken as basic evaluation criteria: 1.- That the social objective and the activities to be developed by the Associations or Citizen Entities are complementary with respect to Municipal powers and activities. If a Verbena is held with the existence of musical performances and a bar is installed, the project will have the highest score in this section. (From 0 to Maximum 5 points). 2.- Number of target population of the activity to be carried out. (From 0 to Maximum: 1.5 points). 3.- The amount of justifiable expense to be incurred. (From 0 to Maximum: 2.5 points). 4.- Number of existing festivals per population center. Valuing the association belonging to the population center with the greatest number of festivals with 1 point, and the rest of the associations will have a score proportional to the number of festivals existing in the population center to which they belong. All projects that do not reach a minimum of 5 points will be excluded. The amount to be subsidized to each entity will be the result of the score assigned to each project in proportion to the total amount to be subsidized: 8,000.00 euros, taking into account that the MAXIMUM AMOUNT TO REQUEST BY EACH ENTITY SHOULD NOT BE GREATER THAN 2,000.00 euros, not evaluating those requests for amounts greater than that established in these bases and considering that two valuation segments will be established, which are as follows: 1.- Between 5 and up to 8 points, a maximum of €1,000 2.- Between 8.01 and 10 points, a maximum of €2,000 Assigning the economic amount proportional to the projects valued in each of the scoring segments.
