BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is the call for aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards for operations that end in the 2025/2026 campaign within the Valencian Community, and will apply to vineyards that are intended for the production of grapes for winemaking. Second. Beneficiaries Winegrowers and future winegrowers whose vineyards are intended for the production of grapes for winemaking and who comply with the admissibility requirements established in article 5 of Royal Decree 905/2022 and in this call, as well as the provisions of article 11 of Law 38/2003, will be eligible for aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards under this call. General of Subsidies, and what is established in the current regulations regarding the wine sector for all vineyard areas of your holding. Third. Regulatory bases Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25, which regulates the Wine Sector Intervention within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (BOE 257, 10.26.2022). Room. Amount The Sectoral Conference of Agriculture and Rural Development, in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Royal Decree 905/2022, will communicate for each financial year, the financial availability for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards that correspond to the Valencian Community, which will be distributed in accordance with point 4 of said article. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications Applicants who wish to benefit from aid for the restructuring and conversion of vineyards under this call must submit their aid applications from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, with the deadline ending on April 22, 2025.
