Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.) In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es). First. Beneficiary entities 1. Local entities and non-profit entities, which are owners, by way of ownership or transfer of use of real estate, of environments, public spaces and public buildings located in the Valencian Community. 2. Non-profit entities must be legally constituted and registered in the General Registry of Owners of Activities, Services and Social Service Centers in any field of social action. 3. The entities benefiting from the subsidies must meet the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, which will be justified by a responsible declaration from the applicant entity, in accordance with the documentation models provided for in the corresponding call. 4. Local entities benefiting from the subsidies must include social responsibility clauses in public procurement in the contracting documents approved within the last calendar year, in the manner provided for by Decree 118/2022, of August 5, of the Consell, which regulates the inclusion of social responsibility clauses in public procurement and in calls for aid and subsidies, which will be justified by a responsible declaration of the applicant entity, in accordance with the documentation models provided for in the corresponding call. Second. Purpose Promotion and improvement of the conditions of accessibility to the physical environment and the implementation and improvement of the conditions of cognitive accessibility and communication in the environment, public spaces and public buildings in the following areas and lines of action: a) Line 1. Acquisition of equipment to eliminate barriers in public spaces and elements of public use: – Equipment in public buildings of public or private ownership, belonging to local entities or non-profit entities or entities with the right to use, through the establishment of mechanisms and technical alternatives to facilitate accessibility. – Equipment intended for accessible beach points. – Equipment for public parks. b) Line 2. Promotion of cognitive and communication accessibility, establishing auxiliary mechanisms and systems that make communication and signaling systems accessible in environments, public spaces and elements of public use, through: - Implementation of augmentative and alternative information and communication systems for people with hearing disabilities, such as installation of magnetic loops or alert systems or accessible notices in public spaces and buildings with public attendance. - Implementation of universal symbols or pictograms, accessible signage elements in high relief, Braille, QR code and/or directional pododactile routing in the itineraries, which serve to support understanding, communication and interaction in public spaces and buildings with public attendance. For these purposes, any auxiliary system and service for communication provided for in Law 8/2024, of December 30, on universal accessibility of the Valencian Community, as well as any other complementary support product for this purpose, will be taken into account. Third. Regulatory Bases Resolution of September 9, 2025, of the First Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to improve the conditions of accessibility to the physical environment and communication. Room. Amount 1. The maximum amount of the subsidy for each of the modalities of action will be: a) Line 1. Acquisition of equipment to eliminate barriers in the physical environment: 50,000 euros. b) Line 2. Promotion of cognitive accessibility and communication: 30,000 euros. 2.
