Purpose To call, for the year 2025, the IV edition of the Participa-Acció Awards, which aim to highlight projects carried out in the territory of the Valencian Community by local entities, citizen entities, educational centers and citizens (individuals), that contribute value and innovation in favor of citizen participation and the promotion of associations, and the personal trajectories that have to do with them. Second. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 14/2024, of May 29, of the president of the Generalitat, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the associations of municipalities, the town councils of the Valencian Community and the associations and non-profit entities for carrying out actions related to the development and dissemination of the Statute of Autonomy, and the recovery and dissemination of the Valencian Civil Foral Law and the signs of identity of the Valencian People (DOGV no. 9866, of 06/07/2024). First. Beneficiary entities and persons In accordance with the provisions of the second base, of Annex I of the Resolution of October 24, 2024, the following entities and persons may be beneficiaries of the awards, according to those for modality 1 (citizen participation projects) and 2 (education projects for participation): - Local entities whose territorial scope is less than the provincial level - Citizen entities - Regional houses - Valencian centers abroad - Educational centers - Citizenship (natural persons). In modality 3 (personal trajectories relevant to the promotion of associations, or for greater integration and citizen participation, in the specific areas of activity of citizen entities, regional houses and Valencian centers abroad), only natural persons may be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose To call, for the year 2025, the IV edition of the Participa-Acció Awards, which aim to highlight projects carried out in the territory of the Valencian Community by local entities, citizen entities, educational centers and citizens (individuals), that contribute value and innovation in favor of citizen participation and the promotion of associations, and the personal trajectories that have to do with them. Third. Regulatory bases The bases by which this call is governed are those contained in the Resolution of October 24, 2024, of the Presidency of the Generalitat, by which the regulatory bases of the Participa-Acció Awards are approved. Room. Amount The budget intended to finance the IV Edition of the Participa-Acció Awards will amount to a maximum of 23,000.00 euros, in charge of the budget application G01050202 112H00, chapter IV, subsidy line S0512 of the budgets of the Generalitat for 2024, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 193/2024, of December 13, of the Consell, which establishes the criteria for applying the automatic extension of the budgets of the Generalitat for 2024, until the entry into force of the budgets for 2025. In accordance with the proposal for granting the assessment body regulated in the twelfth base of Annex I of the Resolution of October 24, 2024, and with the provisions of the fourth base of that same annex, the body competent to resolve will grant the following content awards economic: - Modality 1. Citizen participation projects: First prize 6,000 euros. Second prize 3,500 euros. Third prize 2,000 euros. - Modality 2. Education projects for participation, both in the formal and non-formal spheres: First prize 6,000 euros. Second prize 3,500 euros. Third prize 2,000 euros.
