Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Municipalities with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants and smaller local entities in the province of Valencia. Second. Purpose: It is the implementation, by the municipalities and smaller local entities of the province of Valencia, of projects and actions aimed at promoting citizen participation, transparency and good governance. The following modalities are established: Modality 1. Promotion of citizen participation. Modality 2. Promotion of transparency and good governance. Third. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by plenary agreement of the Corporation of March 28, 2017 (BOP no. 101 of May 29, 2017), modified by plenary agreement of March 28, 2023 (BOP no. 107 of June 5, 2023). Room. Amount: This call will be financed for a maximum amount of 706,000 euros. This credit may be extended with an additional amount, a maximum of the same amount. The maximum global amount of available credits will be distributed 50% between the two types of subsidy provided. The amount of each of the subsidies awarded may not exceed 6,000 euros for each modality. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Fifteen calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Sixth.
