Extract from the General Secretariat of the Most Excellent Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated March 12, 2025, by which the Call for Subsidies “A School Walk” addressed to Public and Concerted Schools of Early Childhood, Primary and Special Education of the Province of Ciudad Real 2025 was approved in the ordinary session held by the Governing Board of this Provincial Council on March 11, 2025. In accordance with As provided in articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database at the link indicated below. First.- Beneficiaries: Public and Concerted Schools of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education and Special Education, in the province of Ciudad Real, may benefit from this Call, choosing two routes proposed therein. Second.- Object: The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, intended for Public and Concerted Schools of Early Childhood, Primary and Special Education in the province of Ciudad Real with the purpose of promoting cultural education, favoring access to the youngest, by carrying out guided cultural routes and related to the didactic contents taught. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The regulatory bases are contained in the General Regulatory Ordinance of the Bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on April 29, 2022 (BOP numbers 85 and 121, of May 4 and June 24 following), and in particular the provisions of its articles 7 and 8 that regulate the procedure of granting of subsidies as well as competitive competition, and in accordance with Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of Local Regime (LRBRL), in its wording given by Law 27/2013, of December 27, on Rationalization and Sustainability of Local Administration (LRSAL). Fourth.- Award criteria: Those contained in the call itself. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications for the subsidy will be 20 calendar days from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province. Within the indicated period, and following the indicated procedure, applications may be submitted any day of the week and at any time of the day. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call, and the rest of the procedures that may apply, must be carried out only electronically.
