Official description of the call
Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board, dated March 17, 2025, which calls for the granting of subsidies for the development and promotion of sports activities in Navalmoral de la Mata during the year 2025, competitive competition regime. First. Purpose It is the object of this call for subsidies from the Sports Department of the Navalmoral de la Mata City Council, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at sports clubs or entities, which, developing a non-profit activity, have as their purpose the development of regular activities in the federated competition, in the field of sport; to the holding of sporting events and to individual athletes who carry out their activity in the federated competition, during the year 2024, as well as the development of the procedure to be followed in accordance with the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, in the General Regulation of Subsidies approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21 and in the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Navalmoral City Council of the Mata, definitively approved by agreement of the Plenary Session in a session dated November 12, 2015, and published in the B.O.P. of Cáceres, No. 5, January 11, 2016. Second. Subsidy lines These bases regulate the following lines of calls depending on the type of participation: Line 1) Aid to local sports clubs that participate in federated competition in the year 2025. Line 2) Aid for the organization and development of sporting events that take place in the city of de la Mata in the year 2025. Line 3) Aid to individual athletes in regional, national and international competitions in the year 2025. The lines eligible for this call are not mutually exclusive, so applicants for lines 1 and 3 may also apply for line 2. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the document “BASES”, which accompanied the proposal formulated by the Department of Sports, on March 13, 2025 and which will be available on the Notice Board of the City Council website and in the BOP. Room. Amount of subsidies The initial budget credit assigned to this call is ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS (105,350.00 Euros), charged to budget application 19.341A.48900 of the Department of Sports of the Navalmoral de la Mata City Council for the year 2025. The total amount of the budget application will be distributed the form detailed below in the 3 lines of existing subsidies: Line 1) Aid to local sports clubs that participate in federated competition in the year 2025. A total of 35,000.00 euros of the total budget credit will be allocated. Line 2) Aid for the organization and development of sporting events that take place in the city of Navalmoral de la Mata in 2025. A total of 61,850.00 euros of the total budget credit will be allocated. Line 3) Aid to individual athletes in regional, national and international competitions in 2025. A total of 8,500.00 euros of the total budget credit will be allocated. . The maximum amount to be granted to each beneficiary on line 1 will be given by the formula indicated below, without in any case exceeding €8,000. For line 3, the maximum amount to be granted to each beneficiary, in no case, may exceed €1,200. Regarding line 2, the subsidies granted may finance the entire cost of the project or activity to be developed, without, in any case, exceeding the total cost of the activity or project to which it is applied. Those entities with a nominative subsidy in the current year may not be beneficiaries of this subsidy. The amount of the subsidies may in no case be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity.
