Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit associations, which have their domicile in Lantarón and are legally constituted and registered based on Law 7/2007, of June 22, on Associations of the Basque Country, and whose programs or activities are carried out at the municipal level aimed at the population of the town and/or municipality where the association is located, with a specific calendar to be developed in 2025. Applicants in that the circumstances established in this regard in article 13 of the general subsidy law occur. Second. Purpose: Collaborate within budget limits, to finance the expenses incurred by sociocultural activities promoted by legalized associations, by 2025, within the municipal scope and that may be considered of interest to it. Specific activities that are subsidized within the patron saint festivities program will not be eligible, nor will expenses incurred for personal use materials, meals, lunch, etc., subsistence allowances and travel. Neither the material expenses derived from the internal functioning and management of the association, nor the advertising corresponding to the dissemination of its activities, nor the parallel projects to those offered by the city council unless they represent a complement to municipal intervention. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are published on the website of the City Council of Lantarón (Álava), www.aytolantaron.com, as well as in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) Fourth. Amount The corporation, in the first plenary session to be held after the request, will determine, on a mandatory basis and prior to its implementation, in view of the documentation presented (program, budget of the activities and the rest of the required documentation), the origin of its subsidy. The amount of the subsidy will be calculated on the resulting deficit, and an amount greater than the annual deficit of the association can never be paid as a subsidy for all its activities, taking into account the evaluation criteria of the programs, in accordance with the report of the sociocultural animation service: Fifth. Submission deadline Until December 31, 2025, and exceptionally, they may be submitted later, when it is necessary to attach documentation from another organization, received after December 31, 2025.
