Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Councils belonging to the municipality of Lantarón (Álava). Second. Purpose: This town hall, taking into account that currently the municipal area of Lantarón is made up of twelve localities, and that it does not have a nucleus that centralizes general services, with the exception of the town hall building, where the municipal offices and the Peace Court and Civil Registry are located, in addition to the medical office, located on the ground floor, as well as the complementary building of the sociocultural center intended for cultural and educational activities, and the municipal sports facilities (sports hall, swimming pools, tennis and paddle tennis courts, bowling alley, multipurpose outdoor basketball sports court and soccer field), as well as the rest of the basic local public services; water supply: conduction and distribution; drinking water sanitation and chlorination service, public lighting; cemetery, as well as those relating to infrastructure and urbanization of their localities, are provided to the population of the municipality by their respective councils; With the aim of collaborating with the councils, on the one hand, in financing the exercise of their powers for the provision of services in accordance with the provisions of the Foral Standard 11/1995, of Councils, complementing the contributions that they receive for this from the provincial financing fund of local entities, - considering that the amounts that are attributed to each of the councils for the services as basic participation are determined and distributed based on indices that do not take into account the real cost of the same-, as well as in the provisions, works and investments to be undertaken in their localities and in their patron saint festivities, in consideration, among others, of the circumstances of the small population and its dispersion, establishes the following regulatory bases for the call for subsidies and aid to be granted by this City Council in the financial year 2025 to the councils of the municipality, establishing the general regime for granting subsidies and aid to them, in accordance with the Strategic Subsidy Plan of this City Council for the period 2024-2026, approved by this Corporation. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are published on the website of the City Council of Lantarón (Álava), www.aytolantaron.com, as well as in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) Fourth. Amount: The subsidies granted by the municipal councils will be paid from items 312.434000. Maintenance of medical office expenses (8,600.00 euros), 440.434000. Other expenses (103,000.00 euros), 330,434000. Parties together (72,000.00 euros), 1521.480001. Social housing aid (3,000.00 euros), 132.622007. Aid to the Administrative Board of Fontecha, final fees for the work and activity of the Occupational Center (8,000.00) and 942.734000. Aid for works of administrative boards (113,151.38 euros), from the current municipal budget. And in the event that it proves necessary, especially in anticipation of the execution in 2025 of works by the councils approved by the regional plan for works and services and major works not subsidized by said plan, the city council will process the approval of the corresponding file for granting additional credit charged to the remaining treasury resulting from the liquidation of the approved 2024 budget, in accordance with the provisions of Foral Standard 38/2013, of December 13, budget stability and financial sustainability. Fifth. Submission deadline Until December 31, 2025, and exceptionally, they may be submitted later, when it is necessary to attach documentation from another organization, received after December 31, 2025.
