Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The aid intended for the residents of the municipality will be granted to all people registered on January 1, 2025, and who remain registered and who certify compliance with the conditions established in the corresponding sections, including corporate ones, who must nevertheless refrain from intervening in the application procedures made by them or by their relatives, and the town hall staff, justified in that the aid refers to matters commonly subsidized by the City Councils, which by their nature are of general interest and access for all, not implying any advantage for them, and their access to them, in no case implies preferential, special, differentiated treatment from the rest of the neighbors, assuming an added detriment not justified in this municipality with a small population, the impossibility of accessing them. Second. Object Any free provision of public funds granted by the Lantarón City Council intended to promote the projects and activities promoted by them that are developed in the municipality of Lantarón, and related to the following areas, will be considered a subsidy or aid in favor of residents of the municipality, associations and non-profit entities: 1. Socio-community promotion interventions: senior citizens. Educational and family, leisure and free time aimed at children and/or youth groups. Promotion of women. Protection of the environment and promotion of renewable energies, aid to the third world and cooperation and development. Aid for painting facades and cleaning and repointing the stone facades of buildings, as well as cleaning chimneys, and aid for the rehabilitation of homes and listed buildings. 2. Cultural promotion interventions: training and artistic creation. Cultural activities for popular participation. Basque. Of cultural dissemination. Cultural visits. 3. Sports promotion interventions: sports activities. Participation in official championships and leagues of the Federation. Organization and development of sporting events, promotion of grassroots sports and Alava bowling. 4. Basque; Scholarships for learning courses and carrying out activities to develop and promote the use of Basque. Third. Sociocultural activities Equality (8,000.00 euros), 321.421000. Añana Rural Development Association (4,083.55 euros), 439.471001. Health aid (4,000.00 euros), 231,480000. Aid to families and institutions (41,000.00 euros), 320,480000. School cafeterias (7,200.00 euros), 1522.480001. Subsidies for rehabilitation of homes and listed buildings (7,200.00 euros), aid for officially protected housing (3,000.00 euros), 231,481000. Charitable associations (1,300.00 euros), 330.481000. Sports associations. 340.481000 (22,000.00 euros), 231.490000. Aid to the third world (3,620.38 euros). And in the event that it is necessary, especially in anticipation of the existence of new projects or activities, or to be carried out by associations or entities of which the municipal sociocultural animation service is not aware or that may be created, the city council will process the approval of the corresponding file for granting additional credit charged to the remaining treasury resulting from the liquidation of the approved 2024 budget, in accordance with the provisions of Foral Standard 38/2013, of December 13, on Stability. Submission deadline Until December 31, 2025, and exceptionally, they may be submitted later, when it is necessary to attach documentation from another organization, received after December 31, 2025.
