Official description of the call

1.- Beneficiaries: Associations or non-profit cultural entities and individuals, domiciled in Caspe, who carry out cultural programs and/or activities during the year 2024, eligible for subsidies according to the corresponding bases, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. 2.- Object and purpose: The subsidies in the field of Culture are intended to collaborate financially with non-profit cultural Associations or Entities and individuals, with the purpose of promoting culture by citizens in carrying out cultural activities and/or events. Those projects that are aimed at achieving the following objectives as a priority may be eligible for a subsidy: Promotion of cultural associations. The training and promotion of artistic creation in its different manifestations. Recovery and conservation of the different manifestations of traditional culture, in the field of music, dance, crafts, etc.… Research and dissemination of cultural or scientific topics related to Caspe. The complement of the cultural offer of the Caspe City Council, with public programming. Integration and cultural mixing. Eligible expenses: 2.1.- Eligible expenses a) Production expenses of the activities b) Promotion and dissemination expenses. c) Expenses generated by personnel hired specifically for the activity that is the subject of the subsidy. 2.2.-Non-eligible expenses Expenses consisting of acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and improvement of inventoried assets, as well as equipment of any type. Expenses consisting of the acquisition of real estate and inventory material. The expenses involved in carrying out works. The expenses of managing the structure of the applicant entity (personnel expenses, maintenance expenses of the premises, expenses of maintaining its functional structure: rental of premises, water, gas, telephone, internet, electricity, etc.). Expenses related to gastronomic culture, meals, food purchases, drinks, representation expenses and protocol expenses. Expenses related to travel. Training courses unrelated to cultural and artistic development. Monetary expenses on prizes or contests. Financial expenses, legal or financial advice, banking expenses, rates, interests, surcharges and administrative and criminal sanctions, taxes, expenses of judicial procedures, and amounts for principal and interest derived from financing operations of any kind... 3.- Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Caspe City Council, in an ordinary session held on March 6, 2025, approved the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in the field of Culture, fiscal year 2024. 4.- Amount: The budgetary credit allocated to this call 20,000 euros, charged to the budget application, “3340.4800101 Subsidies Cultural Associations”, included in the municipal Budget for the year 2024, extended to 2025, with a financial allocation of 20,000 euros. 5.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the BOPZ. The full call will be published on the Caspe City Council website (www.caspe.es). The application form, as well as the rest of the standardized forms to be completed by the applicant, will be made available to interested parties on the Caspe City Council website.
