First.- Beneficiaries: All municipalities and entities with a territorial scope lower than the municipality (Eatims) of the province under 20,000 inhabitants may apply for this call, which request it in accordance with its content and the Regulations governing the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan. Second.- Object: The purpose of this call is to support the implementation and management of programs for the development of a fair and effective social policy, which guarantees access to basic goods and services for individuals and groups, with special attention to those affected by some type of social exclusion. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are established in the Regulatory Regulation of the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council in a session of April 29, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 121, of the following June 24.
