RESOLUTION of the general director of the Institut Valencià de Cultura calling for subsidies for the acquisition of musical instruments, during the months of December 2024 to November 2025

Object, purpose and scope of application 1. Call for the granting of subsidies for the acquisition of musical instruments, within the framework of the powers of the Institut Valencià de Cultura and in accordance with the objectives entrusted to it. These subsidies are intended to improve the resources of the non-profit musical associations of the Valencian Community, to enrich the musical offer and quality training of Valencian musicians. 2. Aid will be granted in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, particularly in matters of gender equality, through the competitive bidding regime, for acquisitions that take place between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2025, both included. Second. Beneficiary entities Musical groups that have acquired or intend to acquire musical instruments during the period of this call and meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) At the time of the deadline for submitting applications for the call, they are registered in the legally corresponding registry, as non-profit associations or foundations whose purpose is the dissemination and cultural promotion of music, which will be accredited through the corresponding certificate. b) That its registered office is located in the territorial area of ​​the Valencian Community. c) That they are part, as an associated entity, of the Federation of Musical Societies of the Valencian Community (FSMCV) or that demonstrate the existence and activity of a musical group linked to the applicant association or foundation, at least during the five years prior to the closing date for submitting applications for this call for aid. Third. Financing and amount 1. In accordance with Law 8/2023, of December 27, on Budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024 (DOGV 9756, 12/30/2023) and Decree 193/2024, of December 23, of the Consell, which establishes the criteria for applying the automatic extension of the budgets of the Generalitat for 2024, until the entry into force of the budgets for 2025, the aid called will be allocated to the credit provided for in section G0109, entity 016, subsidy line S1013, “Aid for acquisition and improvement of musical instruments”, for a maximum amount of 225,000 euros, included in chapter VII of the budget of the Institut Valencià de Cultura. This amount may be reduced when, within the framework of budgetary stability and financial sustainability policies, non-availability measures are adopted that affect the credits of the subsidy line that finances it. 2. The maximum individual amount of the subsidy cannot exceed €10,000, in accordance with the provisions of the sixteenth regulatory base. Room. Submission of applications 1. The deadline for submitting applications will be (15) fifteen business days counting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the non-admission of the application. 2. All applications must be addressed to the Institut Valencià de Cultura, electronically, through the electronic registry accessible from the website https://sede.ivc.gva.es/. Fifth. Award resolution 1. The decision to grant or deny aid will correspond, by delegation, to the general director of the Institut Valencià de Cultura. 2. It must be motivated in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory bases and in this call, referring to the assessment criteria and determining both the subsidized projects and the amount of aid, as well as non-granting, due to withdrawal, waiver of the right or sudden material impossibility. The resolution of the procedure, which will put an end to the administrative route, will be issued and notified within a maximum period of three (3) months, counting from the day following the publication of the call in
