Beneficiaries 1. Persons who own sheep, goat, horse and/or bovine livestock farms that control natural vegetation through extensive livestock exploitation, in strategic areas linked to the prevention of forest fires, may be beneficiaries. 2. They will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in Order 9/2022, of June 21, of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition if any of the circumstances established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, occur. Second. Purpose The control of natural vegetation will be subsidized through extensive livestock use of sheep, goats, horses and/or cattle in strategic areas linked to the prevention of forest fires. The objective of the action is to achieve adequate control of the vegetation on the subsidized surface through the consumption of fuel biomass by livestock in accordance with the livestock load requirements established in the fourth base and the duration and period requirements established in the thirteenth base of the bases order. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the control of natural vegetation through extensive livestock use in strategic areas linked to the prevention of forest fires in the Valencian Community have been approved in Order 9/2022, of June 21, of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, and published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana no. 9369 dated 06/27/2022. Room. Amount The aid called will be financed from chapter IV of the expenditure budget of the Generalitat, approved by Law 8/2023, of December 27, on Budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. Until the entry into force of the budgets for 2025, the criteria for applying the automatic extension of the budgets of the Generalitat for 2024 will be as established in the Decree 193/2024, of December 23, of the Consell: Management center: G01080205. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for the 2025 financial year will be 20 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Application and documentation to be submitted 1. The applications and the accompanying documentation will preferably be submitted in the registries of the administrative bodies to which they are addressed, and may also be submitted in any of the registries provided for in the legislation regulating the common administrative procedure, using the corresponding standardized model available through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat, at the Internet address: Seede.gva.es/es/proc22846. 2.
