GRANT OF AID TO FAMILIES FOR THE PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES (INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY) OF THE MUNICIPAL SPORTS CENTERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CAPV, YEAR 2025.

Official description of the call
First: beneficiaries Persons registered in the municipality of Ayala at the time of registration in the activity and who have been registered in the municipality of Ayala for at least an uninterrupted period of six months prior to the start date of the activity to be subsidized and who meet the requirements established in the bases. In the case of minors, the person requesting aid will be the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor who carries out the activity to be subsidized. Second: purpose The purpose of this call is to help defray the expenses incurred during the year 2024 by the payment of fees that people registered in Ayala pay for being individual or family members of any municipal sports center of any of the municipalities of the CAPV and that are not offered by the Ayala City Council. In no case will sports activities or other uses provided in the facilities be included. Third: regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies have been approved by Mayor's Decree number 2025-176 dated April 11, 2025, and are published in the BOTHA. Likewise, the regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the regulatory ordinance for the granting of aid to families for the payment of membership fees (individual or family) of the municipal sports centers of the municipalities of the CAPV, approved by the Ayala City Council and published in BOTHA number 10, of January 27, 2020. The bases and the standardized application model are available on the Ayala City Council website: www.aiarakoudala.eus. Fourth: amount The financial allocation for this call is 4,283.90 euros. The amount subject to subsidy will be a maximum of 100 percent of the difference between the rates that the City Council or dependent body applies to those registered in its municipality and the beneficiary. Fifth: deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty (30) calendar days from the publication of the bases in the BOTHA. Sixth: other information All annexes corresponding to the application must be submitted completed.
