Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Requirements to apply for the subsidy: Those who meet, in addition to the requirements established in Law 5/2015, of March 25, on Aragon Subsidies, the specific requirements outlined below will be considered potential beneficiaries of the subsidy: That all members of the family unit are registered in the municipality of El Burgo de Ebro on the date of September 1 of the year immediately preceding the call. Be enrolled in public educational centers or in private/subsidized centers that have the authorization of public organizations competent in education in the modalities of ESO, Baccalaureate, Training Cycles and University Studies. Said enrollment must include a minimum of nine months or at least 18 credits. That the students for whom the aid is requested are enrolled in public or subsidized education centers and that these centers are located in: * The entire national territory with the exception of those centers that are located in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, or, * The Autonomous Community of Aragon, provided that said centers are not located in the municipalities of El Burgo de Ebro or Fuentes de Ebro, with the exception of the training cycles that are taught in the institute of the municipality of Fuentes de Ebro and who do not receive any type of subsidy or transport aid from the Government of Aragon, nor in a radius greater than thirty-nine kilometers measured from any point in the municipality of El Burgo de Ebro, in any of the studies included in the following groups: —Group I. University level studies (degree, master's or doctorate). —Group II. Baccalaureate studies and intermediate and higher level vocational training. —Group III. Studies in compulsory secondary education centers. Be up to date with your tax obligations with the Local Treasury. This section will be internally verified by the Local Treasury. The previous condition may not be taken into account in those cases of extreme need duly verified by the Municipal Social Services. Students who benefit from other aid or subsidies whose purpose is the same as that of this call are excluded from this call. Be under 30 years old. These requirements must be accredited by the applicants in the manner provided for by article nine of the regulatory municipal ordinance. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to cover the cost of transportation for students residing in the municipality, who meet the beneficiary conditions established in the second article of the regulatory municipal ordinance. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 100% of the budget of the activity, with a maximum of a single amount of: €300 university studies (degree, master and doctorate) €250 ESO, baccalaureate, intermediate and higher FP Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the specific Ordinance for the granting of subsidies regarding transportation aid for students residing in the municipality of El Burgo de Ebro, for the 2024-2025 school year, approved on December 2, 2021, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 95, dated April 29, 2022. Subsequently, by plenary agreement, of September 12, 2024, the transport aid ordinance was modified in order to include the training cycles that are taught at the institute in the municipality of Fuentes de Ebro and that do not receive any type of subsidy or transport aid from the Government of Aragon and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 279, dated December 3, 2024. Fourth. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are established in item 2025.1340.47200 and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 20,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within a period of 20 business days.
