Applications submitted by entities that have been beneficiaries of this aid in the call for fiscal year 2024 will not be admitted for processing. Second. Purpose Those actions whose main purpose is the permanent improvement of the pavement of rural roads that are in the territorial area under the jurisdiction of the applicant entity are considered eligible. Third. Regulatory bases Order 2/2023, of December 26, of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, which approves the regulatory bases for aid to local entities for works to condition rural roads Fourth. Amount For 2025, the line and maximum global amount are the following: Agricultural infrastructure works and services in municipalities. Line code: S01310000 Maximum global amount: €530,000.00 The credits that are allocated to the financial year 2026 may not exceed the amount of €3,470,000.00. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications One month, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the resolution, in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other information As the applicants are legal entities, they will submit the applications electronically, through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat.
