Official description of the call
BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Call Extract is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the BDNS (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons, legal entities or entities without legal personality, owners of beekeeping operations located in the Community of Madrid, as well as groups of beekeepers, including beekeeping cooperatives and representative organizations, with their own legal personality, made up mostly of beekeepers located in the Community of Madrid. Second. Object. These aid are intended for carrying out the material and intangible actions and investments in the beekeeping sector contemplated by Royal Decree 906/2022, of October 25, which regulates the Beekeeping Sector Intervention within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, in the Community of Madrid. The actions and investments will be included in the following lines or types of intervention: - Advisory services, technical assistance, training, information and exchange of best practices for beekeepers and beekeeper organizations. - Investments in tangible and intangible assets (fight against invaders, prevention of damage from climatic phenomena, repopulation, transhumance, investments) - Actions to provide aid to laboratories. - Promotion, communication and marketing aimed at raising consumer awareness about the quality of the products. - Actions to increase the quality of bee products. Third. Regulatory bases. This call for aid is regulated by Order 888/2023, of October 9, of the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Interior, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the improvement of the general conditions of production and marketing of beekeeping products in the Community of Madrid, co-financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and by the General Administration of the State. Room. Amount and financing of aid. The Community of Madrid will make the corresponding payments under Program 411A, Item 77303, of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2025, for an amount of 85,000 euros, distributed by requests and by the different lines of help until the available credit is exhausted. This aid may be co-financed 50% by FEAGA, and 25% by the General State Administration, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA). Fifth. Application submission deadline. Fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Sixth. Complementary Information. In the event of submission of applications for an amount of aid greater than the initially approved credit, an additional amount of 35,000 euros may be available without the need for a new call, in accordance with the provisions of article 58.2 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21 and, where appropriate, in the General Budget Law of the Community of Madrid in force for 2025, the effectiveness of the additional amount to the statement of credit availability. Advertising the additional credits available will not imply the opening of a new application submission period.
