Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index and on the IVACE website: http://www.ivace.es First. Beneficiaries Natural persons under 30 years of age born in the Valencian Community or being nationals of a member state of the European Union and having been registered in the Valencian Community for at least twelve months before the date of publication of the extract of the call in the DOGV, in possession of a higher university degree, with sufficient spoken and written knowledge of the English language, as well as of one of the languages of the Valencian Community in case they do not have nationality Spanish, who have not enjoyed previous scholarships related to the internationalization of the company, do not have any limitations incompatible with the functional or geographical development of the scholarship, do not have criminal records, are up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations and do not incur any of the causes of prohibition to be a beneficiary of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Second. Purpose To provide companies and entities in the Valencian Community with qualified personnel specialized in foreign trade through the training and professional specialization of young people with a university degree, as well as by carrying out internships on the different aspects that affect the internationalization process of Valencian companies. Third. Regulatory bases Order 16/2016 of September 12, 2016, of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Work, on the granting of scholarships by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) in matters of internationalization, published in DOCV no. 7878, of September 21, 2016, and its subsequent modifications. Room. Budget allocation The financing of this call will be made from the IVACE budget for the year 2026 within budget line S1016 –Training aimed at professional training and specialization in Internationalization-, for an amount of €2,223,800 charged to chapter VII. Fifth. Deadline and form for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, and will end on June 30, 2025. The application form and the complementary documentation that must accompany it related to the call must be submitted electronically through the IVACE website, within the Aid/Scholarships section. To do this, they must have a Sixth electronic certificate. Other information - Number of scholarships:70. - Duration of the scholarship: it will have a maximum duration of 12 months. - Each scholarship will have a fixed monetary award of 18,000 euros gross per year plus a variable monetary award depending on the assigned destination, as well as accident and illness insurance, the amounts of visa fees and the vaccines necessary for the permanence of the destination, if applicable. - Submission of applications electronically through the IVACE website, within the Aid/Scholarships section. To do this, they must have an electronic certificate - Instruction and evaluation of applications: the scholarships will be awarded under the competitive competition regime after the assessment of merits and the completion of the language tests and personal interview in accordance with the provisions of the Call Resolution and the Bases approved by Order 16/2016 of September 12 of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor. - The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution will be six months from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. - The resolution of granting and/or denial will put an end to the administrative procedure and an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed against it within a period of one month counted from the day following receipt of its notification, or a contentious-administrative appeal within a period of two months.
